Limitless Thinking

Successful entrepreneurs often have a common trait which could be used to describe them: Limitless Thinking

When obstacles and challenges abound in business, you have two choices:

  1. Tell yourself that you can’t
  2. Tell yourself that you will

Philippians 4:13

“I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me”

Do you believe this? I mean REALLY believe this? The kind of belief that you would stand in front of the whole world and put your complete faith in God to give you the ability to do something… Do you have that kind of limitless thinking? Do You?

Why not? The answer is probably fear, isn’t it?

What is it that you are afraid of? Failure?

Did you know that no success ever came from never failing? In fact, failure is the quickest route to success! So why are you wasting so much of God’s time and your own, by refusing to accept it?

Embrace it! Own it!! Grow from it!!!

Are you afraid of what other people will say? If so, I tell you this: You are forgiven and a highly favored child of God, are you not? That makes you princes and princesses among men, so why do you give them that kind of power over you? Did you know that you were handing them the keys to your kingdom every time you gave them that much control over you? Did you?

  • How does that make you feel?
  • How long have you been doing that?

What would you say, if I told you that the power of your own mindset is the biggest obstacle standing between you and the unlimited potential that you feel you deserve?

God has endowed each of us with unique gifts and talents. These gifts and talents are to be used for His glory alone, and through them He will be able to use us to bless other people. If we use our gifts with only one goal in mind as to follow God’s will and bless others, and to it with a Hustle attitude, we will bless a lot of people! The secret to success is blessing enough people that the blessings return to you in numbers that will provide to you what God wishes you to have!

He should be our source of joy and contentment, right? As long as He is the center of our priority structure, then everything else will fall into place. You can not put the pressure on your spouse or your job to give you the kind of joy you need to survive and thrive. You simply can’t because they are not capable of living up to that kind of pressure!! It is not fair to your family if you are trying to rely on them for your joy and not God. So stop it right now!!

We are also told in scripture:

1 Chronicles 29:12

“Wealth and honor come from you; you are the ruler of all things.”

You being God in that context.

“Commit to the Lord whatever you do, and he will establish your plans.”

What does that look like in YOUR life? Are you doing it?

We should also be praying daily asking God to give us insights for success!

James 1:5

“If any of you lack wisdom, you should ask God, who gives generously to all without finding fault, and it will be given to you.”

So often we allow ourselves to be limited by the narrow thinking of those around us, which sometimes is even within our own family. This is the first and most dangerous step towards failure, because we are putting too much stock in the opinions of others rather than relying on God and His ability through us to accomplish great things!

We must always ignore the naysayers and those that would try and discourage you.

Psalm 146:3

“Do not put your trust in princes, in human beings, who cannot save.”

Joshua 1:5

No one will be able to stand against you all of the days of your life. As I was with Moses, so I will be with you; I will never leave you nor forsake you.

Ephesians 3:20

Now to Him who is able to do immeasurably more than all we ask or imagine, according to His power that is at work within us.

2 Corinthians 6:7

For we walk by faith, not by sight

If through Christ all things are possible, then why are we not more excited and more passionate about changing the world for the better? That is, after-all, the legacy that God has given to each of us. And legacies are something that God is very serious about, because he even says so in his word!

Proverbs 13:22

“A good person leaves an inheritance for their children’s children, but a sinner’s wealth is stored up for the righteous.”

To have this kind of limitless thinking in our lives, we must always put on the whole armor of God

Ephesians 6:10-17

Finally, be strong in the Lord and in the strength of his might. Put on the whole armor of God, that you may be able to stand against the schemes of the devil. For we do not wrestle against flesh and blood, but against the rulers, against the authorities, against the cosmic powers over this present darkness, against the spiritual forces of evil in the heavenly places. Therefore take up the whole armor of God, that you may be able to withstand in the evil day, and having done all, to stand firm. Stand therefore, having fastened on the belt of truth, and having put on the breastplate of righteousness, and, as shoes for your feet, having put on the readiness given by the gospel of peace. In all circumstances take up the shield of faith, with which you can extinguish all the flaming darts of the evil one; and take the helmet of salvation, and the sword of the Spirit, which is the word of God
